We’re proud to share that the Great Plains Institute earned a 4-star rating – the highest rating possible – from America’s premier independent charity evaluator, Charity Navigator.

At a time when donors increasingly seek transparency and accountability, this recognition communicates the high standards we adhere to as a nonprofit organization.  It is a testament to the commitment of our whole organization – from our staff to our board of directors – to excellence in governance and accountability.

This second consecutive 4-star rating for GPI places us in the top tier of nonprofits across the United States.

Charity Navigator awards 4-star ratings only to the most fiscally responsible organizations and uses a range of metrics for evaluation, including metrics on governance, ethical practices, and openness.
