I’m pleased to welcome Quinn Carr to GPI’s Carbon Management Program as a program assistant. In this role, Quinn will provide administrative and programmatic support on several regional and national projects, including efforts to accelerate commercial deployment of carbon capture. He is excited about working on key priorities of our program and looking forward to meeting and working with our many project partners and participants.
Quinn has a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs and earned his earned his bachelor of arts in geography at the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts. His academic work included policy research in carbon capture and storage, as well as promoting public policies to increase the use of electric vehicles.
